As a Forum member you can promote your business in several ways: Banner Advertisement For maximum exposure, your company logo could be featured on every page of our Website, with a hyperlink to your own Website. As an Introductory Offer costs are £49 plus VAT for 1 month or £99 plus VAT for 3 months. Your ad will run in sequence with other ads. You will need to supply a jpeg to the specification 240x100 pixels @ 72 dpi. Please do not place a keyline around the edge. All ads are subject to approval by the Forum Administrator and we reserve the right to reject any ad submitted if the design or content is substandard or unsuitable. Please call John Edneyon 01443 866208 to take up this offer. Members Mailing Service You could also take advantage of our Members Mailing Service. Twice a month we issue an e-mailer to all Forum members with an e-mail address, featuring the services or products of one member. This could include details of a new product, special offers, courses you are running: the choice is yours. Costs are £40 plus VAT per eshot. Members Business Directory As part of your Membership package, you can include your company details on our Business Directory. This includes your contact details, products and services, special offers to Forum members or others, your company logo and a link to your Website. This information will remain on our Website for as long as you remain a Member, or until you decide to amend or remove it. To include your business on the Directory, please Login on theHome page and follow the simple procedure. Sponsorship And finally, you could sponsor one of our events, such as a Business Breakfast or our Lets Do Lunch Club. Benefits include acknowledgement on all promotion for the sponsored event, the inclusion of your logo on our Website with a hyperlink to your Website, promotion at the sponsored event and an opprtunity to speak at the event. You can also become involved as a sponsor of our key event, the Caerphilly Business Forum Awards 2010, now in their seventh year. Packages start from £250.
